You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item in its original, unused condition, with tags and complete packaging.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you the return shipping label and directions on where to ship the package. Products that are returned without prior request to get back will not be received.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds cover the full price of the returned product. Original shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
